A: No, this charging stand can’t charge the controllers.

Q: Does it contain a power adapter and charging cable?

A: No, it doesn’t. We always recommend you connect the RGB Vertical Stand with 5V-3A,9V-3A, and 12V-3A power adapters.

Q: Does it charge the head strap with a battery?

A: No, it doesn’t. It only charges VR headsets, not battery head straps, if you want to charge battery head straps we recommend you use another USB-C cable to charge the battery head strap.

Q: Why do the Quest 3 and RGB charging stand keep making the charging chime every few minutes when the headset is 100% charged?

A: When the headset is fully charged, the current it draws will be low. Then the charging dock may not detect that it is still charging, causing it to restart the charging and emit a charging chime. To ensure a smooth charging experience, we recommend disconnecting the headset once it reaches full battery.
